Postnatal Yoga in English – Präventionskurs

Taking care of our postpartum bodies in a group of supportive mothers. You are welcome to bring your baby or to come by yourself, from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after a caesarean birth. Each week a video recording of the practice will be shared. The course is reimbursed by German health insurances at the conditions of Präventionskurse, independently from Rückbildung and date of birth of the baby. Wir sprechen auch Deutsch!

Tuesdays 14:00–15:00, 8 weeks
