Prenatal Yoga in English – Präventionskurs

Yoga’s positions, movements and breath techniques to guide us into relaxation, release, preparation and strength for the time of pregnancy (and afterwards). Inspired by the Spinning Babies® approach, each week a video recording of the practice will be shared. The course is reimbursed by German health insurances at the conditions of Präventionskurse.
